Boring days deserve boring posts... And in this case, today seems like a REAL boring day. Sighs... I was so bored that in my boredom, I decided to check out the meaning of "bored" in the dictionary...

Bored - to be tired and uninterested.

Totally describes me... :( Well, if you're feeling bored ald, then you probably wouldn't want to read this post to occupy yourselves or you'll be feeling MORE boredom. NOT feeling bored and wanna feel bored? Read on. :D

Well, today started out as a great day. I woke up at around 10. Yeah, I know, lazy piggie. *points to self* :D Then ate breakfast and watched Lazytown while waiting for Cla to call moi. Lolz! For the second time in my entire life, I found Lazytown quite entertaining! Haha! I mean the songs are very pleasing to the ears and all and then the actors' acting esp Robbie Rotten is REALLY good. :) Ok, enough abt Lazytown, then Cla called me at around 10.40 to tell me to get ready so with a quick change of clothes, I went out the door with my bro and waited in the playground. Soon, Cla called me again and told me she was here ald. When I got into the car, the kind Clarice let me play her PSP for a while. Lols! She let me play Audition at first but the blur me dunno what I'm doing and lost TWO OUT OF THE TWO TIMES I played... Sighs... But Cla so understandingly changed the game for me which I did better in, sorta... Okok, it was this pressing-the-buttons games that everytime this small circle creature comes down the line, you have to press the buttons to ba ta xiao mie diao. Lol! The highest I got was a C. *cue music : Gua gua gua....* :( Cla got an A... make me feel so ashamed... Sighs... I guess I'm not cut out for this kinda games...

Anw, with Cla mummy's fast driving, we soon reached the Ghim Moh Language Centre - registered, got our books. Then within a few minutes, before you know it, back in Pasir Ris again, which makes you go "Wow, Cla mummy drive rlly pro worrhs!" Haha! She drop me and my bro off then we thanked her and went for lunch. Within a few hours, I'm back here, typing this post. ;) Cool first half of the day ehs? For me, it is, aft so many days of staying at home. But now, it's getting boring again... =.="Ooh, and promised Perth trip updates yeah? Here goes, I'll go day by day...

Day 1 Sunday, 2nd December

Came back from musical rehearsal really late and Bro ald went for Youth camp, only leave mummy, daddy and me. Did some last minute packing of toiletries and other stuff. After that, mummy and daddy wanted to rest first so I took the opportunity to go online for a while to say gdbyes to moi frens, mei xiang dao almost no one online.... Sighs... :( Fortunately, later Vonnie came online and we talked for a few min until dinner time. Then, the three of us went to eat dinner and came back to bathe, preparing to go to school ald. Upon reaching sch, Kristle immediately called me over to register with Ms Ardiana, then the whole grp went to the canteen to see the traditional games that we have to teach the Australian students over at Perth. Within just a few minutes, the buses to take us to Changi Airport came and for some of us waved sadly to our family cuz they weren't going to the airport to see us off. :(

At the airport, did all the necessary stuff - check in luggage etc. Soon, it was time to say gdbye to our parents. Everyone waved sadly while entering the departure hall. I almost cried too. Then, Kimmie spotted me and said "It's only for a few days only lah, Regina." Thanks a lot, Kimmie, you can even make me feel ASHAMED of CRYING. Lolz! Jkjk nia. At least she made me laugh in my tears. Hahas! Surprisingly though, we didn't have to wait long to board the plane. Probably cuz everyone was too excited to worry abt waiting and soon, the whole grp of us was on the plane preparing ourselves for some shut eye.... Zzzzzzzzzz..... Perth, here we come......

In a flash, christmas has passed. In a twinkling of an eye, a new year's abt to begin. Time flies, really, which makes you really wonder, are you ready for this? Just the other day, I was talking to a friend on the phone, this was sort of how the conversation went.

LQR: What have you been occupying yourself these days?

Friend: Recreating and a bit of studying. Sighs... Studying... Just the thought of it tires me.

LQR: I thought you loved studying. Fancy that coming out of your mouth.

Friend: Yeah, well, I want to enjoy more childhood for a few more days while it lasts.

My dear readers, that's the way life goes, isn't it? It never stops for anyone or anything. If only God gave us more time on this Earth to be a child, but then we'll never grow up, wouldn't we? I guess, part of me wants to stay like that forever, reliving over and over again the joy of transiting to a teen but I realised that when God made us, He ald planned all these changes. At each stage of life, there's joy and sorrow. When you're a baby, people gawk at your cutesy ways and all. When you're a child, you're cute and naiive which makes you likeable as well. Pre-teens start to transit into teens and teens have to prepare themselves for adulthood and for the harsh world out there. Whatever it is, I'll just live in the present and enjoy life's littlest moments that the almighty God has supplied me with and continue to serve Him, knowing that He will be with us till the end.

This yr, Christmas was great. The musical went really well on both days except for some sound system problems on Christmas day but praise God for being with the cast and crew and many came to accept Christ into their lives! :) I received quite few presents but that's not the point, cuz most of the pressies I received were all what I wanted!! Yayyy!!! ;) I shall end this post with another More Than Just A Story video which is my fave. Lol! I know, I know, it's ended but most ppl didn't get to see the vid so... here it is! News from moi, again!!! Exactly two wks since I last posted! Hahas! So the Perth trip was rlly cool, but if I were to update you all at one shot, it would be quite a challenge and tiring to read it all so I decided to post it at my own pace. So wait patiently, mateys! Lol!

And B'day greetings now!!! Happy advanced b'day to Melissa, Kia Ling, Joscelin!!! Growing up isn't such a chore in their case... They'd probably have two presents to open from each relative. *fumes* Sighs... We ppl who aren't born close to christmas can't do much except envy, can we? Haiz... Ming ku arh...

Omg!!! And I'm SUPEEERRRR excited for Christie's HOMECOMING!!!! WOOTS!!! We have been like waiting ALL YEAR for it... Omg, ur finally coming home to Singapore!!! Exactly 6 hours 11 minutes and 28 secs from the time I type this to TOMORROW, the day that Chrissy arrives home... Can hardly wait!!! :)

Oh and by the way, do come if you're free, to my church's Christmas Musical - More Than Just A Story and celebrate Christmas with US!!

I thought I should post at least once before I go on my Perth trip... And it's interesting to note how I haven't posted in exactly one month. 2nd November to 1st December, get it? Haha! And I'm like sitting in front of my computer screen, typing, listening to my blog song and getting emo... I mean, seriously, this song, Let It Go by Corrinne May, can like make you so sad even though the song is like signifying her determination to "let it go". -_-" Omg, I better stop before I turn real emo-ish... Hehe! Jkjk... Check out the new song, eh? So like, time seems to be practically FLYING. Omg, today when I woke up, I was just "Woots! It's the first day of December! Better update moi blog!!" And I just updated my Important Dates and Current Top Taggers for November 2007 without realising, like hello? It's already DECEMBER!!! There's no "current". My gawsh, I was so blur, I didn't realise until Christie informed me. And the blur me who read the tag, was like "What is Chr toking abt???" then I realised that the blur one was obviously ME!!! My deepest apologies to you, Chrissy! And while updating the Top Taggers, I remembered that I had to change the song of the month as well, so ta-dah! Omg, one mth flew by just like dat... And reading chr's post on her blog worsened it... Quoted from there:

Ok, so now that the necessary has been done, let's slack for a while. *readers groan "What? Some more?? You're almost half the whole web page!!!"* Okok, I'll just go on for a few more minutes, I promise. Hehe! :) So today, I went to watch Enchanted with moi family!! Finally, after hearing Yvonne, Kyee, Tze Xin, Clarice, Janene, *readers taps foot in impatience* okok, you get the drift. After hearing so many ppl tok abt the movie, I FINALLY went to watch it, and let's just say, I TOTALLY understand why they're raving abt it. I mean, OMG!!! It was SOOO cool. The cartoons were sooo cool and like, the whole movie was a mix of an element from a Disney Princess movie. Like, they had animals actually cleaning up the whole place which is like smthg frm Snow White. You get the drift, I can't say all if not I wld spoil it for all you ppl out there who haven't watched it. Speaking of which, OMG!! WHY IN THE WORLD HAVEN'T YOU WATCHED IT???!!! GO WATCH IT THIS MINUTE!!! *Calms down* Ahhh, now dat all the screaming has been done, I just have one last gentle reminder. *yells*REMEMBER TO KEEP THIS BLOG ALIVE BY TAGGING WHILE I'M GONE OK???!!!
